BOTHO PROJECT SPACE

Botho Project Space is for artists. It is developed by artists and is centred around artists. It is a space created to serve the artist and it will remain strategically open to the ever-changing dynamics of the art world, in order to assist artists to remain active and relevant as the artworld and the world at large transforms. 

We are an artist-run visual arts platform with a unique program that anticipates projects that encourages artistic freedom and experimentations. All projects will be disseminated through exhibitions that will be conceived through an open and robust engagement with independent artists, writers and curators. Botho identifies as a pan African visual arts platform, with intensions of creating solid relationships with like-minded institutions, visual artists, curators and thinkers that live and work on the African continent and in the diaspora.
